I now have the exciting but scary prospect of being the captain of my own ship. When it comes to decision making, I answer only to myself and my patients without a third party, and now must do right by both parties. It has been a lot of responsibility to shoulder.

I explained that my radiation oncologist and neurologist are always waiting on each other to proceed. For now that is the plan. I am just dumbfounded. I don’t understand this body at all.

Dr. Cornelio today decrease dosage. Going to see how my body reacts. Was informed to note down if there’s “stability” that is good but if down side symptoms appear or motor function goes back to terrible then I must inform them. things maintain stable. Will be in touch with them in a week
